Reality TV stars Katie Price and Peter Andre have been granted a divorce at London's High Court, in a hearing said to last just 60-seconds.

District Judge Bradley pronounced the decrees nisi - the first stage of the divorce proceedings.

It was revealed the pair had both applied for a divorce from each other on the grounds of unreasonable behaviour with neither party accepting blame for the split.

It is unusual for both parties to actively file for divorce from each other, as it doesn't legally matter which side asks first.

Neither the pop singer Andre or his glamour model partner Price, otherwise known as Jordan, were present for the proceedings.

They filed cross decrees under Price K v Andrea PJ - Andre's real name.

The couple initially announced their separation in May, after marrying in September 2005 following their high profile meeting on 'I'm A CelebrityÂ… Get Me Out of Here' the year prior.

They went on to star in a series of reality TV shows.

They have two children together - Junior, a son aged four, and a daughter Princess Tiaamii, two.

Price also has a son, Harvey, aged seven, with football star Dwight Yorke.
