'EastEnders' hardman Phil Mitchell is set to spy on Ruby's blossoming romance with Juley - to torment her gangster dad Johnny Allen.
The recently returned tough guy, played by Steve McFadden, will follow the pretty schoolgirl's every move so he can goad rival Johnny, played by Billy Murray.
An 'EastEnders' insider told Britain's Daily Star newspaper: "Phil is dicing with danger as he baits Johnny about Ruby and Juley. He knows his daughter is his chink in the armour and Phil has become more than confident he is a match for Johnny."
The revelations lead to an enraged Johnny inviting Juley, played by Joseph Kpobie, round his home for a family meal where he exposes the market trader as a criminal who he caught dealing drugs in his nightclub, Scarlet's, to his daughter.
However, his plan to break the pair up backfires and the pair grow closer leading Ruby to decide to lose her virginity to Juley.
Viewers of the BBC soap will see the gripping new storyline develop over the coming weeks.
