Kate Thornton thinks 'X-Factor' judge Simon Cowell is extremely "handsome" - but insists she doesn't have a crush on him.

The blonde TV star, who presents the TV talent show, admits the music mogul is very sexy, but has rubbished claims she wants to bed him.

She said: "He's a very attractive man. He's dark and handsome.

"He's powerful, and he's funny, witty and confident. He's nudging a ten. But I don't fancy him!"

However, the 32-year-old beauty claims the pair could never be an item because she is Simon's "nightmare" date.

She added: "I'm literally the antithesis of his type. I'm not olive-skinned with long legs and beautiful chestnut hair and an impossibly small waist. I'm blonde, prone to chunkiness, with a large gob. I'm his idea of a nightmare, not a night out."
