Emmerdale star Patsy Kensit has declared that she will not have any more plastic surgery.

The blonde actress, who plays scheming Sadie King in the ITV soap, claims she fears more surgery could hinder her acting career.

Kensit, the ex-wife of Oasis singer Liam Gallagher, admits to having had temporary cosmetic treatments and breast surgery to fix the effects of breast-feeding.

However, she insists she will not go under the knife again, as it could limit her facial expressions and jeopardise her career, according to Contactmusic.com.

She explained: "I had my breasts done after having children because breast-feeding takes its toll. I've had temporary things done in the past but that's not me now. As an actress I have to show expressions."
