Coronation Street

It was smiles all round when Ken and Deirdre finally tied the knot for the second time.

Not before some rather strange pre-marriage partying, however: Ken spent his stag night with all three of Deirdre's exes, while her friends dressed up in T-shirts spelling out her name.

Elsewhere, things weren't looking so rosy when Angela was in court charged with Tommy's murder. To Katy's horror, she actually confessed to the crime to get her daughter off the hook.


Emmerdale

Viv and Paddy finally gave into their, er, passion for each other and got hot and steamy in the post office. But the secret tryst didn't last long - a couple of days later Marlon caught them in a clinch at the vets.

Meanwhile, Louise was doing a little better at keeping faithful and rejected Matthew's advances - even though they did share a sneaky kiss. How long will she be able to resist?


EastEnders

Tina was convinced Johnny was going to pop the question on her birthday and so was gutted to find that her present was diamond earrings, not a ring. She stormed off and flirted with another man, leaving their relationship looking pretty ropy.

And over at the Miller house, Keith went mad when Darren tried to help him out with his reading and writing - with a book designed for children. To add insult to injury, they were forced to sell their TV to Ian Beale.


Hollyoaks

It was a heart-wrenching week in Chester as Mandy and Max tried to get to grips with the fact that Tom has gone missing.

They were reduced to blind panic when they saw CCTV footage of a man following him into a wood but then hope arrived when Mandy went to her mum's grave for comfort.
