Emmerdale farmer Andy is horrified when he finds out his fling with teenager Debbie has resulted in her having a baby daughter.

Andy, played by Kelvin Fletcher, will find his whole world turned upside down when he unexpectedly finds out that he is a dad.

He is forced to end his relationship with the lovely Libby as he tries to do the right thing by new mum Debbie, played by Charley Webb.

But entranced by his new little girl, Andy promises the 15-year-old that he will stick by her and help her bring up their child - to Debbie's delight.

Her family are less forgiving however, with Tamsin giving Andy hell over his treatment of her sister and dad Cain refusing to talk to him.

Not to mention the fact that some people in the village think he should be prosecuted for having sex with an underage girl.

Things get even worse when Andy's conniving adopted brother Robert hears the news -and sees it as the perfect opportunity to make the farmer's life difficult.

"Andy is heading for a long, hot summer of disgrace," an ITV insider told the Daily Star.
