'Big Brother' star Nikki wants to make a fresh start after being evicted on Friday (14.07.06).
The promotions girl from Watford has revealed she is desperate to forget her turbulent past, which includes a battle with an eating disorder, and make her family proud.
She said: "I want to make my mum proud and repay her for the hell I put her through."
Nikki - who entertained viewers with her tantrums and furious Diary Room rants - has spent years in hospital battling anorexia, suffers from OCD and has tried to commit suicide.
Her mother Sue is hoping her time on the reality show will help her to leave the past behind.
She said: "We just hope this marks the start of a healthier, happier life."
Following Nikki's eviction from the house, bookmakers are preparing to stop taking bets on Pete winning the show.
Nikki had been the second favourite, but following her departure, Pete's closest rival is Glyn.
Meanwhile, the housemates are convinced Jayne is a Big Brother mole.
Jayne sparked confusion when she told the house: "I think you're all lovely and very nice people. If I'm not here when you wake up, I've come in here and done my bit."
This provoked widespread speculation throughout the house with Richard saying: "She's trying to act like a mole."
Housemates' suspicions have deepened after Jayne's repeated rule breaking plunged the house into chaos - last week everyone was up for eviction because Jayne broke the rules by talking about watching the show before she entered the house.
The 38-year-old from Slough is already the bookies favourite to be evicted this Friday (21.07.06).
