A controversial newly published report entitled ‘Ripped to Shreds’ brought to life some ‘lies’ that the food industry has been feeding the public, regarding topics such as stripping body fat and improving body shape.
The report aims to destroy many of the myths that surround common fitness issues namely fat loss and muscle gain. It also claims that people who are seeking to improve their physique with the help of diet and exercise are given obsolete, and therefore useless, information.
The report, which is co-authored by Shaun Petafi and Dean Connor of Liverpool, opens up a whole new era in the fitness and nutrition industry. The report is based only on latest and up-to-date scientific literature regarding the subject of rapid body transformation.
Shaun Petafi says: “In my opinion, 95% of the downloadable information available on the Internet is just junk. There is so much conflicting advice, and in seven years of researching what’s out there, I believe I have put together a genuinely useful document which will be of benefit to people intent on radically improving their physique.”
His co-author Dean Connor, one of the top male fitness models and one of the most reputable personal fitness trainers in the UK, also said: “Anybody that goes to the gym must read this report. Once you have, you will be armed with the best available information out there to help you achieve a jaw dropping physique.”
The new report is divided into several sections to address specific needs and goals. It also slammed the food industry for lying to consumers ‘in order to line their pockets’: “They promote snack bars to get you through to your next meal, but why not just eat a meal large enough so you don’t get hungry?”
This is just one of the things that the two authors and fitness experts wish to clarify through ‘Ripped to Shreds’.
