Kate Moss spent four hours with a top brain doctor yesterday, sparking health fears.
The stunning model flew into Heathrow airport and was taken straight to neurologist Nicholas Page's London surgery for mystery treatment.
A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Kate literally just set foot back in the UK and was straight off to the clinic. She didn't even have time to change her clothes."
But a spokesperson for Kate insisted the model is fine. She said: "This was a minor and routine medical matter."
Meanwhile the 32-year-old was last week interviewed by police over allegations of cocaine use.
The model met with detectives for 90 minutes, four months after a British newspaper published photographs of her apparently snorting the drug.
On her lawyers advice Kate refused to comment on whether she had taken cocaine, denied supplying it to others and made no admissions.
Police are said to be disappointed by the outcome of the interview and fear they do not have enough evidence to continue with the case.
A police source told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "The job is a dead duck.
"No substances were ever recovered and photographs are not enough by themselves to build a case."
