Neil Morrissey will enter the familiar role of a sex-obsessed husband in a new BBC series.

The "Men Behaving Badly" star is set to return to the small screen become one half of a frisky couple in "Carrie And Barrie".

Morrissey, 42, has recently taken a break from acting to concentrate on a hotel business.

The Sun reports that filming is set to begin in May.

He has a wide string of credits, from Homebase adverts, Bob the Builder, and films like "Up and Under" and "I bought a Vampire Motorcycle"

"I just get a lot of good opportunities and I take them. There's no real plan about it all, I do things that I like," Morrissey told the Edgware and Mill Hill Times.
