Madonna has launched a scathing attack on society - claiming people will go to hell if they don't mend their "wicked" ways.
The pop diva - who is a devoted follower of Kabbalah, a mystical offshoot of Judaism - revealed she calls the western world "The Beast" and believes society is chasing illusionary dreams and ignoring real issues.
The singer told a TV documentary: "People are going to go to hell if they don't turn from wicked behaviour.
"The material world that we think is real and what we live for is the world of illusion. We're enslaved by it. It will ultimately be our undoing."
Meanwhile, the 47-year-old has unveiled yet another new look.
The star - who is renowned for reinventing herself - was spotted at a New York party sporting the 'Farrah Fawcett' look, with flicked blonde curls tumbling over her shoulders.
The new image coincides with the release of her latest single, 'Hung Up', which is expected to top the charts.
