The 'Smile' singer could be in trouble after reports claim she smoked a cigarette during a concert.

Liverpool's City Council is looking into the alleged incident, which would contravene smoking legislation at work.

Allen, reportedly sparked up during the gig at the Echo Arena on December 9.

Officials are said to investigating the allegation with the venue and are asking fans to contact them. If it is found to be true, both the singer and venue could be fined.
