Nicole Kidman outraged hotel staff by demanding that they change all the light bulbs in her suite.
The 'Stepford Wives' actress ordered the 60 watt bulbs be swapped for less powerful 40 watt ones, during her stay at the London's swanky Dorchester hotel.
The softer lighting is said to be just one of several diva-like requests the Hollywood star made for the £1,700-a-night suite, where she was staying with her husband, country singer Keith Urban.
Nicole also reportedly asked for an air humidifier, an exercise machine with a wobble board and a treadmill.
Meanwhile, Italian TV producers shooting an advert starring Nicole in Rome were forced to pay £17,000 to residents for using their neighbourhood.
Testaccio residents complained that the filming equipment was disrupting their peace and blocking the narrow roads.
Resident representative Luigi Prosperi said: "No one had informed us. The first we knew was when we woke up to find the streets clogged."
