Kidman questions Cruise ruse

Nicole Kidman believes ex husband Tom Cruise should face up to the public's doubts over his romance with Katie Holmes.

The sexy actress, who has two adopted children from her failed marriage with the actor, says rumours the relationship is just a "publicity stunt" to promote his career could be justified.

When quizzed on the subject, she said: "In terms of your life, if you start to exploit it, then what's real, and what's not? What's yours, and what isn't?"

However, Kidman, who divorced Cruise in 2001 after almost 10 years of marriage, refuses to comment on whether her former lover's new relationship is the real thing.

Earlier this week, Holmes sparked an engagement riddle - after hinting she wants to marry Cruise.

The former 'Dawson's Creek' beauty let slip she dreams about tying the knot with her new love - who, at 42, is 15 years her senior.

The actress revealed at the Los Angeles premiere of her new movie 'Batman Begins': "Look I can't lie.

"We have to talk about that, Tom and I. But it just makes me smile when you ask about that. I'm so in love with Tom and that's all that I care about."

He's just the most amazing man in the whole world."
