Nicole Kidman has abandoned her role in the new Woody Allen film.
According to Variety magazine, the Australian actress will no longer be joining the star-studded cast and has left the project.
The film, which is yet to be named, will also feature actors Antonio Banderas, Anthony Hopkins, Josh Brolin, Naomi Watts and Freida Pinto.
It is yet to be confirmed why Kidman has quit the project and a replacement is still to be named.

It will be Allen's third movie based in London, following 'Match Point' and 'Scoop'.
The director's last release, 'Vicky Cristina Barcelona', won a Best Supporting Actress Oscar credited to Penelope Cruz.
