Angelina Jolie says her three-year-old son, Maddox, is the most important man in her life.

The 'Tomb Raider' star is rumoured to be dating Hollywood heartthrob Brad Pitt but claims her adopted tot is her only leading man at the moment.

She told America's Vanity Fair magazine: "He's made me a woman. He's the greatest thing that's ever happened to my life.

"I'm just so amazed life led us to each other."

The lilo-lipped beauty also claims that potential lovers have to be screened by her son in a bid for suitability.

Twice-divorced Angelina, 30, said: "If I ever saw a man be great with my child, then that would be it for me.

"That's a real man."

The sexy star's revelations come less than two weeks after she was spotted frolicking with her son and handsome Brad on a trip to Kenya.

Brad and Angelina, who were reported to have struck up a close relationship on the set of their recent movie, 'Mr & Mrs', were snapped photographed playing together with Maddox on a sun-drenched beach.
