Jay-Z's tribute to Blue

Rapper releases song about his new baby daughter...

Jay-Z has released a song on his website dedicated to her new baby daughter Blue Ivy Carter, just days after her birth.

The song, titled Glory, is a personal and emotional song about the birth of his daughter with global superstar, Beyonc.

It reveals that the couple suffered heart ache prior to the pregnancy when Beyonc miscarried; a fact which until now the famously private couple had kept a secret.

The lyrics say:

"Last time the miscarriage was so tragic. We was afraid youd disappear. But nah baby you magic."

The song also states that Blue was born naturally, not by caesarean section as was first reported.

The lyrics, written and performed by the rapper, share intimate details of the preganancy, including where the child was conceived.

It's clear that the pair are doting on their new arrival, with Jay calling his daughter "the most beautifulest thing in this world".

At the end of the song, baby Blue can also be heard crying.
