Former Spice Girl Emma Bunton has announced her engagement to long term boyfriend, Jade Jones.

Bunton announced the happy news live on ITV1Â’s skating reality show, Dancing on Ice, where she is on the judging panel.

She reportedly made the revelation to her colleagues and fellow judges during the showÂ’s commercial break, before brandishing a diamond ring when the programme returned.

Bunton also confirmed the news via social network Twitter, posting on her page:

“Yahooooo I'm Engaged! Love you Jade! I'm a very happy lady!!”

Former Damage star Jade proposed on 21 January, during the starÂ’s 35th birthday celebrations.

The couple have been together for 11 years. They are expecting their second child together in the spring.
