Katie Holmes is reportedly exhausted and "constantly in tears" since giving birth to daughter Suri - sparking speculation she could have the baby blues.

Friends say the actress breaks down and cries and seems "emotional and very tired" according to Britain's The Sun newspaper.

Katie, who gave birth last month, has also been spotted looking tearful at the Beverly Hills mansion she shares with her actor fiancé Tom Cruise.

Last year Cruise slammed Brooke Shields for taking anti-depressants for post-natal depression.

One friend told Britain's The Sun newspaper: "Katie told pals it's natural for new mums to experience strong emotions."

Meanwhile, Katie isn't wasting time getting back into shape. The beautiful brunette has reportedly met with Sue Fleming, the owner of Buff Brides, a company that specialises in getting women toned for their nuptials.
