Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe: 'I'm just not a very good actor'

The multi-millionaire actor Daniel Radcliffe said he hated watching himself in the Harry Potter films.

Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe, who is considered one of the most successful actors in his generation, has spectacularly admitted that he’s not a very good actor.

The Kill Your Darlings and Horns star, whose net worth is estimated to be £66m, said he hated watching himself in the Harry Potter films as JK Rowling's signature creation. He added he regrets being forced to watch his own films at premieres.

Daniel said: 'It's hard to watch a film like Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince, because I'm just not very good in it. I hate it.

'My acting is very one note and I can see I got complacent and what I was trying to do just didn't come across.'

Admitting that he became his own worst critic, he added: 'It's more important for me to be self-critical.  I've grown up in an atmosphere where everyone is always wanting to be nice to me.'

The actor, who left the Harry Potter film franchise four years ago, has completed work on his first romantic comedy film – What If opposite Zoe Kazan.
