Saturday night just aren't the same without it, but fear not reality fans, X Factor is back on the box and it's packed with the usual demeaning insults and thousands of wannabes.

After a mass shake-up from the show's producers and the hugely publicised drama of Simon Cowell sacking Louis Walsh and Kate Thornton, the judges return to the screen ready to whittle down the thousands of pop wannabes dreaming of becoming a superstar.
