"The roles weren't there and I was at a difficult age. I suppose it was that thing of having been known for being a child. I was a victim of my own success in that sense."
Lester worked for Disney for 10 years then had a couple more film roles, the last major one being in 'The Prince and the Pauper' (1977). But when he hit 18 and was given all the assets from his child success, he blew it all on cars and drink and was in rehab by the time he was 20. He then rethought his life and found his true calling in osteopathy.
