1. Doctor Who - David Tennant
The new Doctor managed to take the top spot beating Christopher Eccleston's efforts (the former Doctor Who), who didn't make the top 10.4,000 people took part in the poll for radiotimes.com.
David Butcher of the Radio Times said: "David looks like becoming a bit of an icon."
