'Tropic Thunder' sees a group of actors making a big-budget war movie who find themselves fighting in an actual battle.

Spoofing the likes of 'Platoon' and 'Full Metal Jacket' - the actors in the film stumble into an area of the jungle controlled by a drug syndicate, but they are so self-absorbed they do not realise the heavily-armed traffickers are the real deal.
