The sheer cold of the Artic Ocean forced Megatron the Decepticon leader into a paralyzed state for hundreds of years where his body was later found by Captain Archibald Witwicky, Sam's grandfather. Once out of his comatose state Megatron will stop at nothing to find the Allspark.
