This is set to be the world's first moving skyscraper, and its designers claim that it will never look the same way twice. Each flat (some of which are said to retail for £18 million) can independently rotate at the owner's request.

It also provides its own power, as well as enough to power surrounding buildings, thanks to the dozens of wind turbines built into its core. The £350 million building will be completed in Dubai by 2010.
