Apollo 10, the fourth manned space mission and second to orbit the Moon, acted as a dress rehearsal to the momentous Apollo 11 Moon landing.

In the tiny, cramped capsule, three astronauts travelled to the Moon and back. It also marked the first live colour TV broadcast from space.
