This is a beautiful sand and shingle beach scattered with rocks and backed by beautiful cliffs.

The beach has rock pools and includes a voluntary marine nature reserve. Polzeath is another example of one of Britain's unsung surfing hotspots with powerful waves rolling in from the Atlantic Ocean.
