This is the largest Christmas market in the UK and rivals that of many on the continent. It stretches more than one kilometre and is home to more than 190 stalls. The market features handmade toys, jewellery, house decorations and German food and alcohol.

The main market is adjoined to Birmingham’s Christmas craft fair where local traders are able to sell their produce and local artists can demonstrate and sell their work. Local foods are also sold, and with Birmingham housing a very diverse community these dishes range from pies to sushi and pretty much everything in between.
