The Gossip Girl actress started off as a child star but fame seems to have taken its toll and the now 18-year-old is a heavy make-up wearing rockstar who frequents the stage minus underwear and provocative clothing. She even delayed the release of her band, The Pretty Reckless' music video because she wanted to feature nude in it but was still underage at the time. She has admitted to chain smoking and not caring what everybody else thinks.

She's hardly a good role model for children but doesnt care anyway.
