Plans for 10-mile dam which would have cost £30bn - the Severn estuary barrage - have been axed, due to the porject not being environmentally viable.
The scope of the Offshore Wind Capital Grants Scheme will be reduced and the Carbon Trust will receive a £12.6m reduction to this year's grant.
