Sources from Honda state that in September 2003, Honda found the outer appearance of the Laibao SRV was similar surprisingly to that of Honda's CRV. Though Honda sought negotiation with the car make Shuanghan, the latter failed to make response, so Honda took the "inspired" brand to court.
