Best features: RIM were the pioneers for business user, smart phones and have returned to the fold with their latest BlackBerry. It's comfortable to use, looks amazing and is jammed with features.

Limitations: BlackBerry continues to trail behind Apple when it comes to inbuilt browsers. The latest version is an improvement but still not enough to lure web addicts from their iPhones.
