The gaffe: Extra crewman on deck

At the end of the movie, as Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) gives the order "On deck you scabrous dogs", a crewman on the left of the screen in a cowboy hat, short-sleeved shirt and shades, can clearly be seen looking out to sea.
