'The Sorcerer's Apprentice' is based on the section of the same name from the famous Disney musical. 'Fantasia' included the piece which was originally a German poem written by Goethe, which was in turn transformed into a symphonic poem by French composer Paul Dukas, before being popularised by Disney in the 1940 feature-length film.
