Sheryl was the cult pinup girl of the early 90s. To fans of David Lynch and 'Twin Peaks' she really was better than sliced bread. But then it all went wrong and the studios stopped knocking.

She did come close to a comeback when she starred as Mary Alice Young (the narrator) in 'Desperate Housewives'. However she was replaced following an unscreened pilot, making the show even more dire than it was originally.
