US magazine Forbes has announced its Celebrity 100 List, outlining the top 100 most powerful people in the entertainment business this year.

The stars featured in the 2011 countdown earned a total of £4.5billion over the last 12 months, by starring in films, playing basketball, walking the catwalk and more.

But they also rose to the top by garnering influence and mastering social media.
