When 'Dynasty' ended in 1989, Forsythe was 73-years-old. Now in his 90s he has rarely been seen in the public eye. However he reprised his role as Charlie for the two film versions of 'Charlie's Angels' of which he starred in the original TV series.

Now retired from acting, Forsythe lives a quiet life. He is marred to Nicole Carter and has three children from a previous marriage.
