News broke that Singer Ellie and Radio One DJ Greg had split at the beginning of January.

We could see the split coming after reports emerged last year that Ellie had moved out of the flat they shared together as it was "too cluttered".

A source close to the Starry Eyed singer told The Sun:

"Things had not been right for a while but they only called it a day a month ago. It was just a real struggle for them to be in the same place at the same time. The split is amicable and they are still friends."
