Our Chezza has made plans to spend Christmas Day with her 'close friend' Derek Hough, before jetting off to Barbados to see her fellow X Factor judge and mate, Simon Cowell.

A source told Now magazine: "CherylÂ’s been undecided about where to spend Christmas for some time because she knows that wherever she chooses itÂ’s likely to upset someone."
