Kim Wilde was huge on the pop scene in the 80s, singing hits such as Kids in America and You Keep me HanginÂ’ on and winning the BRIT for Best British Female Solo Artist in 1983.
But while she was pregnant with her first child in the 90s, an old love of gardening resurfaced and she was asked by Channel 4 and BBC One to front some of their TV gardening shows.
Since then, her green-fingered work has been recognised and she has won awards for her work, including Best Show Garden at the Tatton Flower Show 2001.
