Britney Spears' younger sister gave birth to a baby girl in June and named her Maddie Biann. She weighed 7lb 11oz.

Spears had her mother Lynne by her side during labour, as well as her fiancé Casey Aldridge. Older sister Britney was nervously waiting outside.
