Andy is a wheelchair-bound moody character who is always taken care of by kindly Lou. However when Lou turns his back Andy's disability miraculously disappears and he can do anything that he wants. Unfortunately for Lou, he never realises Andy's antics and remains looking after him 24 hours a day.
