Manchester band The Stone Roses answered indie-fan prayers when they revealed they'd be getting back together and touring in 2012.

The group held a press conference on 18 October 2011 to announce the end of their 15-year split and tickets for their three-date Heaton Park gig sold out in just 14 minutes.
