Fans of Lady Gaga are overjoyed with last month's release of a behind the scenes book.
Lady Gaga is renowned for her outlandish ways and the photography book, compiled by snapper to the stars Terry Richardson, gives Little Monsters across the world an insight into her everyday life.
In OK! magazine, the international superstar says of the book:
"This is me in my most completely vulnerable state. Terry was with me during breakups, during get-togethers, during party times, sad times, landmark moments in my career.
"When I wake up in the morning, going to sleep… he was there during these completely unadulterated, unmanufactured, completely authentic moments.”
The book features more than 350 colour and black-and-white photographs taken during a ten month period in which Richardson followed Gaga with complete access to her life both onstage and offstage.
Richardson took more than 100,000 photographs in this time to show fans all the sides of Gaga:
"For those of you that ask me, ‘What do you look like in the morning?’ ‘What do you do when you get milk?’ ‘What do you look like at the grocery store?’ You’re going to get all of those answers in this book, because he doesn’t believe in farce."
The book is an attempt to show that she is just like everybody else away from the stage.
Photographs released online show Gaga taking a bath, taking a yoga class eating dinner in bed and doing 'normal' things; albeit mostly dressed in a way only Gaga can.
The book is on sale now for £35.
