The hunky actor was fined by police after relieving himself outside a nightclub in Wiltshire.

Thomas, who was making a celebrity guest appearance at a club in Westbury, was given an 80 spot charge for his behaviour. A police spokesman confirmed at the time that a 24-year-old male was given a fixed penalty notice for being drunk and disorderly adding: "Urinating in a public place can be covered by such notice".

According to the Sun, in 2005 Thomas was caught driving without a licence and a year later he was involved in a brawl in Manchester on his 21st birthday.
