Spice Girl, Mel C and her partner of six years, Thomas Starr celebrated the birth of their first child, a baby girl called Scarlett Starr at the start of the year.

The happy couple announced her birth on Mel C's website. It read: "Melanie C gave birth to a beautiful little girl at 4.10pm on Sunday 22nd February. Both mum and baby are doing well."
