Eminem has defended his shocking new video - which features lesbian puppets - saying it is as inoffensive as children's TV programme 'Sesame Street'.
The chart-topping star's promo for his song 'Ass Like That' - which also slams a number of celebrities - features puppet versions of sister Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen kissing, as well as a male doll of Britney Spears.
Eminem's spokesperson referred to Sesame Street's Cookie Monster when he mocked the video's critics, saying: "They're puppets. People should also be concerned because there's supposedly a puppet monster out there that eats nothing but cookies."
The song also contains lyrics poking fun at Janet Jackson's infamous Super Bowl incident - when she flashed a jewel-studded bare breast - and says Britney Spears has "shoulders like a man".
The rap star also quips in the single that Elton John only likes him for his "sex skills" and makes a rude proposition to 'No Doubt' singer Gwen Stefani.
Earlier this month, Eminem's protege 50 Cent caused outrage for glorifying firearms in a television commercial.
Sports company Reebok was forced to withdraw the advert featuring the hip-hop star following pressure from anti-gun groups.
