Kara Tointon, who plays Dawn, the latest lovely to grace Albert Square, was afraid for a moment that acting in EastEnders was a hell of a lot more demanding than she first thought.

When 'Enders bosses told her that her character was going to have a boob job, she was afraid that the soap business bore rather too much resemblance to the 'glamour' business, thinking she would be forced to go under the knife.

But Kara subsequently found out that she would just have to wear gel-bra underwear in order to create the illusion of an augmented chest.

A leak on the Walford soap told the Daily Star: "Kara was very relieved. But she does love her new busty look and the special bras."

Minty and Gary took to Dawn like moths to a flame when on their booze cruise in France, and that was before the operation.

Dawn will get her mum Rosie to pay for the boob job by deceiving her.
