Dannii denies baby rumours

X Factor judge Dannii Minogue is said to be angry over claims that she is pregnant and is reportedly taking legal action.

Rumours that the singer was expecting a baby with her rugby player boyfriend Kris Smith surfaced after they were photographed reportedly leaving Masada Private Hospital in Melbourne.

It was alleged the couple had been to the hospital for a pregnancy-related examination.

However, Dannii's agent, Melissa Le Gear, insists the rumours are "completely inaccurate".

She said "Reports that said she was seen in hospital having a particular type of test are absolutely untrue."

A spokesperson denied the rumours and revealed the singer is taking action against the tabloid for reporting the story.

"Dannii is not 12 weeks pregnant and has not had a 12 week scan. As you're no doubt aware PCC [Press Complaints Commission] rules say you cannot report pregnancy until a woman has had a 12 week scan.

"Dannii is taking full PCC action against the Mirror newspaper who reported the story."
